• All order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods so we can quickly rectify the situation.

• When reporting your discrepancy you must send full details of what goods, any defect and when goods were purchased. Should we ask you for a photograph of the product this should be sent via email to Earlylearning3d@outlook.com, It is important that you report your request before returning any goods to us as we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to deal with your concerns.

• Please return all items back in their original packaging.
