Here at 3D Child Care we try our very best to ensure that our products are of the highest quality however if you are unhappy with your purchase you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days of purchase through your original payment method.

All order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods so we can quickly rectify the situation.

When reporting your discrepancy you must send full details of what goods, any defect and when goods were purchased. Should we ask you for a photograph of the product this should be sent via email to Earlylearning3d@outlook.com, It is important that you report your request before returning any goods to us as we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to deal with your concerns.
